Tobago Blue Food Festival

The Tobago Blue Food Festival has been held annually for the past two decades, and the focus is dasheen. The blue root dasheen is a vegetable, and during the festival, it is prepared for eating in appetizers, entrees, desserts, and liqueurs. Along with sampling the range of dasheen dishes, attendees can also watch various cooking demonstrations and competitions while being entertained by popular local performers.
