The Cayman Cookout is a four-day culinary extravaganza hosted by the Ritz-Carlton in Grand Cayman. The festival takes place in January and features cooking demonstrations, wine seminars, and tastings hosted by world-renowned chefs and sommeliers. The festival also includes beachside BBQs and gala dinners hosted by celebrity chefs. This year the festival will be celebrating its 15 years and its promise to be big, from bigger food demotion to a Backyard Concert with the Goo Goo Dolls.
