Many different '90s trends are coming back in full force. Some of them are overalls, colorful hair scrunchies, fanny pack, and of course.... body shimmer! In today’s blog post, this '90s trend is no different, I am going to be covering two body shimmers I absolutely LOVE!
Today it is all about glow and glitter.
Wherever you live, we can all agree that summer is no longer at its peak and we are slowly saying goodbye to it. But is there anything better than keeping a little bit of summer in your pocket? Or even better, on your skin? It is like that feeling that comes over you when you smell your sunscreen in the middle of winter, and all the summer memories come rushing back.
There are a lot of body shimmers and illuminators available in the market right now. Some can make you look cheap and like a disco ball if they are poorly made and tacky. When they are bad, body shimmers are messy, sticky, and melt all over your clothes. When they are good, body shimmers are all of your dreams bottles up in a beautiful glittery package. The two we are going to be talking about today will give you your own JLo and Kim K inspired shimmer that will not scare people that see you in the real-life and the sunlight.
1. Sol Glow Oil by ColorPop

This luxurious body oil will leave your skin feeling moisturized and illuminated, giving it an amazing, warm glow and an unforgettable signature scent, you will walk around smelling like light notes of jasmine and the radiance of saffron.
The most crucial factor is that this product doesn't transfer to your clothes at all, it is absorbed into your skin (and not just sitting on top of your skin and smudging over everything).
In order to use this beautiful body shimmer, you should spray it all over the skin areas you want to illuminate and rub the oil in.
From left to right, bronze, soft gold, warm gold, and platinum. Of all four my least favour would have to be soft gold.

In order to use this glow oil, you should shake the bottle and then put a little bit of shimmer on your fingertips or your brush. Massage this into your skin liberally in order to give it a subtle glow and a beautiful smell.
