Property coming to the Bahamas

A new Ritz Carlton Reserve is being constructed in the beautiful Bahamas, and it will become the sixth one of the Ritz-Carlton Reserve properties around the world. This resort which will help restore the Great Bahama Bank will be built on the Cotton Bay Club, a private club founded in the year 1959 by PanAm Airlines founder Juan Trippe. The area chosen for this new reserve is Eleuthera, on the southern end of the island, and it will feature an open-air resort with 90 rooms. The resorts will be inclusive of all the most luxurious amenities: an 18-hole golf course, a spa, swimming pools, and restaurants. 60 Ritz-Carlton Reserve-branded residences will be added to give the chance to VIP guests to access two- to five-bedroom villas. Each privately-owned residence will offer refined design and a "one-of-a-kind" luxury experience for owners.
